Association Elections - Nomination Period Open

Vice President and

2020 - 2022 Term of the Board of Director for Regions 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, & 12

The ABPA Board of Directors is the foundation of the Association's leadership, working for the full membership to oversee ongoing Association operations , as well as setting and implementing a strategic plan for future action.

The nomination period is now open for Vice President and for Directors in the even-numbered Regions. Each of these positions is for a two-year term that will officially begin on April 22, 2020 at the close of our annual conference in Charlotte.

ABPA Board members carry significant responsibilities.  The Vice President will assume the office of President at our 2022 conference and serve in this role for two years.  Directors represent the Chapters and all members in a Region, and act both as advisers to the Executive Committee (officers) and as a leadership team for the Association.

All nominations close January 20, 2020.

Before submitting this nomination, please read the Roles & Responsibilities of the Vice President  and the ABPA Board of Directors.

The Board election is for the 2020-2022 Board term. We currently have six seats up for election. The ABPA Election Committee will review and create a ballot for each region. There will be no election for a Region if there is only one nominee; that nominee will be elected by acclamation.
